Shaheed Manjit Singh Memorial T20 Konoyian, Police Line Clubs register wins

POONCH: Konoyian Cricket Club Kalai and Police Line Club registered win in the ongoing Shaheed Manjit Singh Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament at Degree Collage Ground, here on Sunday.
Earlier, in the first match of the day, Konoyian Cricket Club defeated Kalie Cricket Club.
Batting first, Kalie Cricket Club was bundled out on 80 runs in 17 overs which in reply, Konoyian Cricket Club achieved the target in 11th over. Zaid Ali of Konoyian was declared Man of the Match for his all-round performance. He took three wickets and made 39 runs.
In another match, Police Line Club beat Allah Pir Club. Police Line Club, bating first, scored 145 runs which in reply Allah Pir Club could not face. Lucky and Shotu scored 37 and 30 runs respectively for Police Line Club while Ashfaq picked five wickets.
The matches were officiated by the technical panel comprising Rajinder Singh, Joyti Sharma and Romesh Sharma.
ARTO Poonch, Jhangir Khan was the special guest in today’s match who was interacted with the players. Mohd Tariq Khan and Amarjeet Singh were also present.
