Safeguard interest of security forces in Valley: Shiv Sena

KATHUA: Expressing its concern over meek policy of State and central dispensations which has led to injuries to security forces personnel deputed in the Kashmir Valley which is on the boil since 8th July, Shiv Sena ( Bala Sahib Thackery) held a protest here at Ghagwal. The protest was led by Party State President Dimpy Kolhi. He said that in Kashmir security forces are being attacked by protestors and Modi government in the centre is watching all this as mute spectator. He said as per the information, a total of 3,500 army personnel have been injured in violent protests in Kashmir. He demanded that Government of India should take strict action against the perpetuators of unrest and put them behind bars. He said Home Minister Rajnath Singh is on two days visit to Kashmir and during his visit he should took steps to safeguard the interests of security forces who are being made scapegoats to satiate vested political interests.
He also made a strong appeal to President of India to impose Governor’s Rule in the State as situation is getting worse in Kashmir Valley by each passing day. He said Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and PDP has lost mandate to rule the State. Rajan Gupta, Raj Singh and Ramesh Gupta were also present.
