JAMMU: After the confirmation by Housing and Urban Department, vide Order No. 175-HUD of 7th of June 2010, that Sahdev Rohmetra alias “Chittu” encroachment Plot No. 19-A, Block C, originally allotted to T.R Abrol, and raised his residential house without even taking the permission from the Municipal authorities. The Jammu Development Authority in information under RTI dated 24th November 2011 to one Prem Mehta that Chief Town Planner vide letter No. CTP/JDA/1054 dated 7-12-2011 and Director Land Management vide letter No JDA/DLM/HQA dated 9-12-2011 that S.D Rohmetra has also encroached 4677 sq. ft i.e above 17 Marlas and 53 Sq. ft .
In addition to the encroachment of 17 Marlas 53 sq ft of J.D.A land, Sahdev Rohmetra alias “Chittu” is in possession of some more land illegally, which is being measured by the Revenue Department shortly.
Like encroachment of land at Gandhi Nagar where Sahdev Rohmetra alias “Chittu” has raised residential building without taking any permission from the municipal authorities “Chittu” has constructed “Excelsior House” at Janipur too without any permission from the Municipality.
It appears S.D Rohmetra alias “Chittu” who could not attend any college for education has done P.hd in the filed of blackmailing, money laundering, encroachment of lands, showing thumb to Municipal/J.D.A laws with the active support of few corrupt bureaucrats and politicians.
