NEW DELHI: Chief Patron of National Panthers Party, Prof. Bhim Singh on Monday declared that the Panthers Party shall launch a campaign with Tri-colour in hands from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to declare that India is one with one Constitution and one Flag.
While addressing media persons at Jantar Mantar, Bhim accused the ruling parties at New Delhi including the Congress and BJP for exploiting the people of J and K under the pretext of one flaw or the other for the last 67 years and yet keeping J and K away from the domain of the Constitution of India under the fraudulent concept of Article 370 of the Constitution of India which has been working as a cancer in the heart of Union of India.
Prof Bhim Singh declared from Delhi that he shall move the Supreme Court of India for seeking immediate amendment in Article 370 so that the Constitution of India with its Chapter-III on Fundamental Rights can be corporated in the laws pertaining to J and K. He questioned the Government of J and K and their leaders of Congress, PDP, NC and BJP for misleading the people of J and K for the last 67 years just to quench their bloody power thirst in Jammu and Kashmir in the name of Autonomy, Azadi, referendum, Pakistan, Article 370 to keep the people of J and K away from realities of political life and keep their doors shut by closing the chapter of fundamental rights for the entire population of J and K.
Prof Bhim Singh declared that the Panthers Party shall resort to fast in front of Parliament of India, the day Parliament starts with a mission to seek direct intervention of the Parliament to extend civil and political rights enshrined in Chapter-III in the Indian Constitution to the people of J and K who have remained denied till day.
Singh called on all the Members of Parliament to take up the issue of J and K directly above the party politics inside the Parliament just with a clear mandate of Parliament to amend Article 370 without any delay so that the Parliament shall have power to introduce all laws included in Central List (List-I) in Schedule-VII without any delay so that the people of J and K shall be free from the serfdom of 67 years under the fast domain of Article 370.
The Panthers Party demanded imposition of Governor Rule under Section 92 of J and K Constitution without any delay so that the fresh election maybe held with clear mandate that India is one from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
