JKPS Kunjwani welcomes its Rapper extraordinaire Shen BC

JAMMU: It was a grand moment for JKPS Kunjwani as Shen BC (Shayaan Bhat) an alumnus of JK Public School Kunjwani, Dada Saheb Falke Awardee and producer of Radio Mirchi 98.3, visited his alma mater after a gap of 10 long years.
Shayan Bhat was welcomed by Gautam Daluja, member of management, Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society and Principal JKPS Kunjwani Rajesh Rathore alongwith School Coordinator Ms Inderjeet Kaur and members of faculty.
The whole auditorium reverberated with life as he shared his experience and journey from JK Public School. The luminous life of Shen B, his career as a Rapper and music producer has won him accolades. Shen talked about the beginning which he made by recording his debut song in Class XII and since then he has not looked back. He had a highly interactive session with the students wherein he advised the students to pursue their dreams but not at the cost of academics. He said that with grit and determination, anything was possible. He was seen discussing various career options with students.
The students asked various questions related to music Industry and options available in Jammu. Responding to their queries he said that students had only to search ardently and target could be easily accessible. Shen remembered passionately his own days at JK Public School and talked of the privilege the students today had as the school provided them with the opportunity to interact with their own alumnus who could share his experience and guide and mentor them. He assured his cooperation to students in pursuing their dreams.
His award winning song ‘Golden’ and his popular rap ‘Mujhe Dekh’ had everyone cheering loudly. He talked of the efforts put in making the videos. He advised the students to put in their best in whatever they do. He said that if students wanted to pursue their dreams then first they had to prove to their parents by taking up challenges and winning against all odds. His dialectic words seemed to infuse a new spirit in the enthusiastic students who seemed eager to quash their queries. He said that life is continuous struggle which never ends.
Gautam Daluja felicitated Shen B for his commendable achievements with a token of appreciation. He was very happy as he had come back to his roots – the place from where the journey began. The students were seen cheering loudly, taking his autographs and sharing ideas with him. He was delighted to note that students had passion for music and were ready to go to any length to prove themselves.
