UDHAMPUR: A housewife attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in her house on Friday.
According to a report, housewife identified as 34 years Sharishta Devi wife Ramesh Kumar resident of Jaganoo in Udhampur took some poisonous substances in her house. Her family members on seeing her lying unconscious, shifted her to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors washed her stomach and till filing last report her condition was stated be stable. Police has registered a case and launched the investigation.
