Group clash leaves 10 injured

NAGROTA: At least ten persons including children and women got injured in a clash between two groups at Sheba village of Nagrota area on Saturday.
As per the details available, the clash between two section of erupted over property in which members of the both the groups pelted stones each other resulting in ten persons got injured.
Receiving the information, police reached the spot and tried to settle things down.
The injured were shifted to GMC Jammu which were identified as Gafoor, Sain, Neema Bibi, Shamim Akhtar and Naseeb Ali of one faction and Showkat Ali, Sheeba Bibi, Noor Ali, Jamat Ali, Sadika Bibi and Mohammed Sadeek.
Police was ascertained that the group members were trying to establish their claim on a government land and members of one faction on Friday, started irrigating on the said land. The news of this development infuriated the other group and they confronted each other. Soon arguments started building up and in matter of minutes they started fighting each other. The police have registered a case against both sects and started investigation.
