RAJOURI: Police on Tuesday arrested a drug peddler and recovered intoxicating capsules from his possession.
According to a report, a Police Party of Darhal led by SHO Javid Khan laid a special Naka at Darhal. During Naka checking, police apprehended one person namely Aftab Malik alias Bablu son of Late Dil Pazeer Malik resident of Chowkian Darhal and recovered 55 Tramadol capsules, 46 Acivon capsules, 82 Tramadol injections, 39 Diazepam Tablets and 75 Avil-R 25 Tablets from his possession.
A case vide FIR No.20/2017 under section 8/20/21 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Darhal.
