BHADARWAH: Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Bhadarwah Anoop Sharma today directed SHO Bhadarwah under section 156 (3) to lodge FIR in application titled Anam Tariq V/S Aaqib Hussain son of Bashir Ahmed and Jahangir Ahmed son of Ashan Ahmed both residents of Chakka Bhadarwah.
Brief facts of the case are that on 29th June, 2014 near about at 10:30 PM the accused had abducted the complainant and committed assault on the complainant there by severally thrashing him, cutting both the ears and sustaining multiple injuries all over the body of the complainant.
In spite of repeated approaches to SHO Bhadarwah, he did not register the FIR against the accused as such he knocked the door of Court and the Mobile Magistrate on 17th July, 2014 forwarded the application to SHO Bhaderwah for lodging FIR. Since the SHO did not register FIR and tried to evade, the complainant again approached the Court.
On the request of complainant the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class under its order No 368/cr/SJB dated 10th September, 2014 directed the SHO Police Station Bhadarwah to lodge FIR in the said matter and investigate the same.
