KATHUA : Satyam Cement and TMT Saria Kathua through Industries Association Kathua came forward to help the flood victims in the State and sent food articles and drinking water though Kathua administration.
The relief truck loaded with 12,000 breads and 7,200 drinking water bottles was on Wednesday flagged off by SSP Kathua Mohan Lal, SHO Lakhanpur K.D Bhagat, SHO Hatli Morh Manoj Kumar, President Industry Association Devinder Verma, Lalit Aggarwal, Daljeet Singh Puri, Naveen Partap, Ashok ‘Bomb’ and others.
The relief truck will report to Divisional Commissioner Jammu for further dispatch to the flood victims according to the priority decided by him.
Industries Association President Devinder Verma said that the association will dispatch another truck load of blankets and Durries for the victims of district Rajouri who have approached for help.
