A week earlier, chronic Kashmiri separatists were harping on international aid for flood-sufferers, saying Indian administration was taking vicarious pleasure in the suffering of people ravaged by flash floods last month. They were in denial mode of any help being rendered by any agency during the crisis. They also succeeded in offsetting heroic role of the Army and IAF in rescuing people from marooned areas, at the risk of their own lives. Now they are describing the ‘government relief’ as inadequate and want more.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the self-proclaimed Messiahs of Kashmiri people to sell out their miseries in a bid to run their dubious enterprise?
