Pseudo secularists are on tenterhooks to play down unprecedented events revolving round Prime Minister Narinder Modi in the US. Mohammed Adeeb, MP, who had petitioned to Obama Administration against reviving visa to Modi, saw nothing significant other than summons issued by a US court and described the development as embarrassment for India. Obviously, the concern was not for love of the nation but a jibe to corner the Prime Minister. Similarly, Congress spokes-persons saw nothing new in Modi’s address to UNGA and portrayed it as continuation of UPA foreign policy.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for Gandhi bitten Congress and other radical secularists to downplay even the proud moments the entire nation is witnessing at the international level?
