Days after BJP spokesperson in Kashmir raked up the issue of passport to secessionist hawk Syed Ali Geelani, a huge controversy
erupted as to whether the Centre should grant travel documents to infamous India basher or not. J&K BJP took an aggressive posture initially but mellowed down when reports kept trickling that the MHA was considering Geelani’s request. Eventually, the tone and tenor of the local BJP leadership turned positive towards Geelani. Is it a matter of pride or shame for the State Unit of BJP to get activated or
deactivated as per whims of spineless policy planners in New Delhi and not have any vision of its own, as a result of which it has become lame duck before PDP?
