BILLAWAR: In an election rally in Billawar , BJP star campaigner Navjot Singh Sidhu on Monday appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to give his party a chance to form the next government in J and K , thus bringing in a new era of development in the State and Billawar Constituency.
Sidhu blamed the National Conference and Congress for lack of development in the State. “National Conference and Congress did not do much to develop the State and left it underdeveloped,” Sidhu said adding that “The residents of J and K would see a new era of development if BJP is given a chance to form new government”.
BJP candidate from Billawar and Senior BJP leader Dr Nirmal Singh said “ Under the leadership of Narendra Modi, BJP will provide a transparent government which is free of corruption. He stated that BJP led NDA Government in the Centre has performed up to the expectations of public in just 5-6 months of its tenure and it has great plans for the State of Jammu and Kashmir and Billawar Constituency.
State General Secretary of National Panthers Party Shanti Swaroop Basotra also joined BJP in Billawar.
