Vikramaditya meets border residents, assures possible help

R S PURA: PDP leader Vikramaditya Singh visited rain affected areas of Jammu, RS Pura and its surrounding villages to estimate individually the losses caused by heavy rains during the last two days.
Being a sensitive and disaster prone area of Jammu and Kashmir which is already facing unprovoked shelling from across the international border at Arnia, and other posts in RS Pura sector, is now in the clutches of an other natural calamity caused by heavy rains.
The leader also conveyed his sympathies to the people of Rajouri and Poonch areas, who have suffered heavy loss due to floods and heavy rains and expressed his deep condolences to the families who lost their beloved ones in the unfortunate bus accident. He has assured the people that he would raise the issue of granting relief with the administration.
Vikramaditya Singh is in close contact with the affected families and sent his heart felt sympathies to the deceased.
Vikramaditya Singh requested the administration to assess the losses for relief purpose and rehabilitate the affected people on war footing.
