JAMMU: Officiating Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu, Prof. R.D Sharma called on Governor N.N Vohra, Chancellor of the University here on Tuesday. This was Prof. Sharma’s first meeting with the Chancellor after assuming charge.
Prof. Sharma apprised the Governor about the ongoing academic and administrative activities in the university and its off-site campuses. He also briefed the Governor about the preparedness for the Special Convocation of the university which is being held on 14th November 2014.
The Governor advised Prof. Sharma to ensure the timely conduct of examinations and maintenance of strict discipline in the campus.
