JAMMU: Umang Narula, 1989 batch IAS Officer of J and K Cadre took over the charge as Principal Secretary to J&K Governor on Wednesday .
Prior to this posting, Narula was working as Chairman and Managing Director India Tourism Development Corporation, Government of India. He has taken over from P.K Tripathi, who is proceeding on Central Deputation to take over as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Govt. of India.
