AKHNOOR: A 17 years old boy jumped into the river Chenab on Sunday from the New Bridge before noon and remained untraced.
According to Akhnoor Police, the boy identified as Aman Kumar, son of Bachan Lal, resident of village Jungwari, near Purkhu, Domana jumped into the river from the new bridge. Immediately on receipt of information, the Akhnoor Police team reached the spot and launched a search operation but till the last report poured in, the boy or his body was not traced.
