UDHAMPUR :The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Udhampur Niraj Kumar suspended one teacher and the Zonal Education Officer(ZEO) Ramnagar on Wednesday on the complaint of a women teacher.
The woman teacher Bharti Devi had lodged a complaint against one teacher Balbir Singh of Middle School Pacca Danga Sunetar, Tehsil Ramnagar for misbehavior and physical torture. Taking strong notice of the allegation, the DDC issued order of suspension of Teacher Balbir Sing and the ZEO Ramnagar Chuni Lal on 10th August, 2016. Both these delinquents have been attached to CEO office.
The DDC has also directed CEO to conduct an impartial inquiry into the case.
