KATHUA: A minor dual between father and son on Wednesday led to the death of father.
A heated argument between the father namely Lekh Raj (80) son of Haria resident of village Bjakta, Rajbagh Kathua and son Banarsi Dass alias Billa developed into a scuffle in which Lekh Raj was hit on his head and later succumbed to injury. The injured though was shifted immediately to District Hospital Kathua where the doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body of Lekh Raj was later handed over to his family members after completing the legal formalities. The Police Station Raj Bagh has registered an FIR 91/16 under Section 302 RPC and arrested his son.
