JAMMU: 105 Infantry Batt-alion of Territorial Army Rajputana Rifles is organising a recruitment rally for the category of Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clerk and Tradesmen’s at Delhi Cantonment from 7th to 15th November 2016 from 6:00 AM onwards.
Candidates hailing from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Haryana and Chandigarh can take part in this rally.
For Soldier General Duty category the candidates belonging to the State of Haryana will be screened on 7th and 8th November 2016, the candidates belonging to the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi and Chandigarh will be screened 9th November 2016, whereas for Soldier Clerk and tradesmen’s category candidates belonging to all five states will be screened on 10th November 2016.
The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 42 years, weight minimum 50 kgs, height minimum 160 cms and the chest 77 cms with expansion 5 cms.
Educational qualification for Soldier General Duty category should be Matriculation with minimum 45 per cent marks in aggregate and 33 per cent in each subject or having qualification 10+2 or above, for tradesmen’s category 10th simple pass and for Soldier Clerk category 10+2 pass with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 40 per cent marks in each subject.
Candidate with proficiency in computer and typing will be given additional weightage, said release.
