R S PURA: The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) RS Pura convened a meeting of all the officers of the Sub District on Friday and reviewed the arrangements for Republic Day (RD) celebrations.
The SDM while addressing the meeting said that like every year the RD celebration will be held in the Bana Singh Stadium RS Pura. He said that after Pathankot incident the fool proof security in the area is the matter of highest importance. He said that meetings are being held with the BSF and State Police and utmost vigil is being maintained throughout.
He advised all officers to contribute their efforts to make it a great success. Prominent among those present include Tehsildar Avinash Abrol, BDO Sanchi Mishra, BDO Mohinder Singh, E O Muncipal Committee Yog Raj and others.
