China has again thwarted the move to declare JeM chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. This has happened despite the assurance by China to the Indian Prime Minister that it shares India’s concern on terrorism and will cooperate to finish it. China is also increasing its influence both politically and militarily around India and encircling it. This is a cause of serious concern. In view of the dual policy of China, India must review its foreign policy, especially towards China, for the safety of its own boundaries and sovereignty.
