We are really wonderful people on this planet and so is our government, which has decided, at this hour of crisis, to make the New Administrative Units functional, without waiting for any formal inauguration. The process has been set in motion and the concerned departments asked to take further necessary action and submit report to the General Administration Department by or before 18th September positively notwithstanding the fact that Civil Secretariat is yet to get started with.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the visionless government to crave for operating new administrative units when the already existing administration in Kashmir is refusing to emerge from the deluge?
