That India and Pakistan are determined to help each other after the worst floods in the Kashmir region in decades is praiseworthy. When it concerns humanity, both countries must bury the hatchet and come up with measures to step up relief and rescue operations. Pictures in the media show that relief work needs to be carried out on a war-footing.
