DODA: A six days orientation training programme was organised for the Principals of District Doda and Kishtwar on the Educational Planning and Financial Management by the Planning and Management Wing of State Institute of Education Jammu from 8 to 13th December, 2014.
The training programme was inaugurated by H. R Pakhroo, Joint Director (Trainings)/Principal SIE Jammu who emphasised the role of the principals in growth of the education system. He also laid stress upon the Principals for adopting new trends and methods of administration for promotion of quality education in their institutions. During the programme various key issues like school administration, financial rules and regulations, educational planning and development of leadership aptitude etc shall be taken up in depth by the experts / resource persons from the different departments as well as SIE Jammu.
Earlier a welcome address was presented by Saroop Kumar Raina Sr.Field Advisor SIE Jammu (Chief Coordinator of the Programme) who dwelt upon the aims and objectives of this training programme for the principals.
The proceedings of the training programme were conducted by Suresh Kumar Gouria Research Officer (Co-ordinator) SIE Jammu.
Besides this Sartia Anand, Brij Lal and Tingloo Field Advisors of SIE Jammu were also present during the inaugural session of the programme.
Reeti Manhas, Navratni Sharma, Puneet Thukral Research Officers and Kailash Kotwal Master provided logistic support while Anil Sharma provided audio visual support.
