Nissar Ahmad Wani, Labour Procurement Officer suspended, attached to DLPD Headquarters

Pending enquiry into the conduct Nissar Ahmad Wani, Labour Procurement Officer, Rampore Sector, Baramulla, shall be deemed to have been placed under suspension with effect from 04.08.2023, i.e. the date of arrest of the Officer in case FIR No. 15/2023, U/s 7 and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amendment 2018), in P/S Anti Corruption Bureau,  Srinagar,  in terms  of Rule 31(2) of J&K Civil Services (Classification Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956.

It is further ordered that the officer shall remain attached in DLPD Headquarters, J&K during the period of suspension, read order below.
