NGO donates for poor girls’ treatment

JAMMU: Shri Shera Wali Mata Welfare Service Society, a Non Governmental Organisation, has donated Rs. 21,000 for treatment of 21 years old Monika Sharma, daughter of Deep Sharma, a college student and resident of Dinga Amb, Hiranagar District Kathua, who is suffering from kidney failure and presently being treated in Super Speciality Hospital, Jammu.
Managing Director of the Society, Rajesh Sharma, handed over the money in the presence of Dr. Rishav Sharma, Dr. Ghanshyam Dev, Principal, Government Medical College Jammu along with Deputy Director (P&S), Medical Superintendent, Super Specialty Hospital, Jammu and Arvind Sharma a social worker .
After thorough investigation of the case by Dr. S.K Bali, HoD Nephrology, GMC, Jammu, it has come to know that the patient needs kidney transplantation for which sufficient amount is required for her treatment.
The general public has been appealed to come forward for her help in getting her kidneys transplanted.
