JAMMU: Brig Sandeep Kala Officiating Additional Director General NCC, J and K on Tuesday presented Director General NCC Commendation Medal to Noor Mohammad, an employee of NCC Directorate Jammu and Kashmir for his meritorious and exemplary service during RDC-2014.
The employee was given the honour during an award ceremony held at NCC Directorate, Canal Road, Jammu.
