Dear Editor,
The country is being divided and governed in a peculiar manner. The division is simple: “Us”, the patriotic nationalist, and “They”, the anti-nationalists. The former can bully, beat or break the law. The later better be flexible to bear all humiliations. The next step: Be it the legislative Assembly or a university campus, rules are made. A culprit is identified, charges framed and thrown at the accused in full shouting tone, no arguments, no defense. Verdict given: accused pronounced a convict! To show innocence: Sing “Bharat Mata ki jai” or perish! No appeal! Is this the reality of living in India?
