KATHUA: Police on Tuesday arrested a Narco smuggler and recovered 5.3 gms smack/brown sugar from his possession.
According to a report, a team headed by Inspr. Sanjeev Sharma SHO Police Station Rajbagh while on patrolling duty in Rajbagh town area, noticed the suspicious activities of one person in the area. He was intercepted and during his search police recovered 35 small polythene wrapped packets of smack/brown sugar weighing around 5.3 gms. The accused identified as Sonu Malhotra son of Desraj Malhotra resident of Rajbagh was arrested on the spot and a case vide FIR No. 138/17 under section 8/21/ 22 was registered against him at Police Station Rajbagh.
