RAJOURI: A 12 years minor boy identified as Omar son of Afzal Qyoom resident of College Area, Rajouri was drowned in a river while having a swim.
On hearing an alarm raised by his colleagues, people recovered him and took to District Hospital Rajouri where doctors declared him as brought dead.
