BHADARWAH: A lady got drowned in Gai Nallah Doda after slipping from a wooden log while crossing it.
According to a report, 27 year old Seema Devi wife of Sanjay Kumar resident of Gai Doda slipped while crossing a wooden log over Gai Nallah and got drowned.
The body of the lady was fished out from the river and handed over to her next of kin for last rites. As per sources due to heavy rains in the State some bridges have been washed away and people have made temporarily foot bridges by joining wooden logs to cross the Nallahs and streams.
