BANIHAL: Knight Riders, Banihal won Best of Banihal Volleyball Championship organized by army at Banihal.
In the final played today, Knight Riders Banihal outplayed Youth Club Paristan, Defence Spokesperson, Lt Col Manish Mehta said.
He added that the winner team was awarded a cash prize of Rs.10,000.
“In all, 24 teams from Banihal Tehsil participated in the event which provided an opportunity to the youth towards team spirit, physical fitness and pressure handling,” Mehta said. Attractive consolation prizes were distributed to other teams.
