Jugal seeks more quota for youth in army recruitment

NEW DELHI: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament BJP Lok Sabha Jammu-Poonch accompanied with Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha, Shamsher Singh Manhas and Mir Mohammad Fayaz met Minister of State for Defense, Subhash Ramrao Bhamre and demanded preference for inhabitants of Village Kanyala, Kahpota, Jindrah, Madin and Block Dansal in the recruitment drive at Ammunition Depot 15 FAD C/o 56 APO, Jindrah District Jammu.
Jugal said that the Ammunition Depot 15 FAD is situated at Jindrah and the inhabitants of the area demand preference in the recruitment drive at Ammunition Depot 15 FAD C/o 56 APO Jindrah.
Today a deputation led by Jugal, senior BJP leader Nand Kishore Sharma with Mohan Mengi former Sarpanch Kahpota met Subhash Ramrao Bhamre and narrated about the problems faced by the residents of Kanyala, Kahpota, Madin, Salaye and block Dansal.
The deputation apprised the Union Minister that the land has been acquired by ammunition depot and there is no more land to cultivate to earn their livelihood which led to unemployment. Moreover, the inhabitants has been assured that they were provided some special benefits in 15 FAD C/O 56 APO recruitment drive but all in vain.
Jugal urged the Union Minister that some preference or special quota should be provided to the inhabitants of Kanyala, Kahpota, Jindrah, Madin and block Dansal so that they would be able to survive and can earn their livelihood.
Bhamre assured that he will take up the matter personally and assured that the demand of the inhabitants is genuine and best efforts would be made to consider on priority.
Karan Dutt Chairman Panchayat Kahpota, Mukesh Choudhary and Satish Gupta were also accompanied the deputation.
