JAMMU: Complying with the instructions of Housing and Urban Development Department to start thematic cleanliness drive in Government Offices and buildings with effect from 16th to 31st May 2016, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) on Monday held a similar drive in the office premises of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
The drive was launched by Dr. Pawan Kotwal Divisional Commissioner Jammu in presence of R.S. Jamwal Joint Commissioner (A) JMC and Dr. Mohammad Saleem Khan, Health Officer besides other supervisory sanitation staff of JMC. Sufficient number of men and machinery were deployed by Health Officer for this drive.
The drive will remain continue in which other government offices will also be covered till its conclusion on 31st May 2016.
JMC has prepared complete schedule of the thematic cleanliness drive.
