SRINAGAR: A week long cultural awareness worship organised by the Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) concluded here on Saturday at Seminar Hall Srinagar in which students drawn from different schools were given lecturers by the experts in different aspects of culture in order to create awareness about the cultural ethos of the State as also to make them attuned to their rich cultural heritage which in the present day technology is considered as important for sustained development and progress.
The speakers who gave lectures on different topics in cultural awareness workshop included Prof. Rehman Rahi, Prof. Farooq Fayaz, Prof. Shafi Shouq and G.N Aatash.
Secretary of the Academy informed that similar workshop will also be organised in Jammu, Leh and other parts of the State.
