SRINAGAR: The Chairman of 5thFinance Commission of Himachal Pradesh, Kuldeep Kumar, who is on the visit to Valley, interacted with the officers of Rural Development Department (RDD) and Panchayati Raj here on Monday.
Secretary, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj, Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Director RDD, Kashmir, Tasaduq Jeelani and other officers of RDD and PR were present in the meeting.
On the occasion, Kuldeep shared his experiences and views with the officers on strengthening Panchayat Raj Institutions. He also shared his experiences back home regarding implementation of various centrally sponsored schemes.
