R S PURA : A police head constable identified as Kulbir Singh resident of Chouhala was killed on the spot while two other youth were seriously injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles at Simbal Morh on Jammu-RS Pura Road on Tuesday. The deceased was deployed in Police Post Chatha.
Body of the Head Constable was handed over to his family members after completing the legal formalities while the injured were shifted to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu.
