SRINAGAR: Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 35 Kilograms of poppy straw from his possession.
Beerwah Police Station apprehended one person namely Ishfaq Ahmad Sheikh son of Abdul Rashid resident of Kandoora and recovered 35 kilograms of poppy straw from his possession.
In this regard Budgam Police has registered a case against him and investigation was taken up.
