JAMMU: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) R S Pura, Dr. Gagan Bhagat on Friday visited village Haripur of Suchetgarh Constituency in R S Pura Sub-Division and felicitated Rajkumar, son of Basant Kumar and Pappi Devi, who was declared best contestant in the Mens’ Physique Category of the National Body Building competition held at Bulandshaher, Uttar Pradesh.
Dr. Gagan said that he with the support of Rajkumar will launch a campaign against the drug abuse and in the future and several competitions will be organized at the village and Panchyat levels to explore the hidden talents of the youth.
The function was organised by the Karamveer Yuva Sanstha of R S Pura and the members including Manoj Kumar, Inder Sudan, Susheel Sharma, Parveen Kumar Shashtri and Rajkumar.
Mandal Pradhan R.S Pura BJP Natharam, Charanjeet, Gurdeep Singh, Pratap Kumar, Advocate M.R Sangra, Santram, Master Balakram, Vijay Kumar were also present.
