JAMMU: Government SPMR College of Commerce shall take on Post Graduate (PG) Departments of Arts in the title clash of the ongoing inter-college men’s hockey tournament, organised by the Department of Sports and Physical Education, on the campus ground, here on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Earlier, in the semifinals, played on Monday, Commerce College outplayed Government MAM College 3-1. Sahil Kumar (38th), Randeep Singh (40th), Pushpinder Singh (42nd) were the scorers from winning side while Gurdeep Singh (30th) reduced the margin from MAM College.
In other semifinal of the day, PG Arts trounced Government Degree College (GDC) Paloura 3-2. Rajveer Singh (9th), Rahul Bansh (12th and 16th) were the scorers from PG Art. For GDC Paloura, Karanpreet Singh (56th) and Gurpreet Singh (58th) were the scorers.
