R S PURA: Giving another dent to the already tarnished image of authorities conducting class 12 exams, the staff deputed at Government City Middle School Badyal Morh R S Pura on Tuesday opened the packet of Class 12 Zoology paper well before its scheduled time. The blunder committed by the aforesaid staff was detected by none other than the local MLA, Dr Gagan Bhagat, who visited the centre to inspect the examination centre. Taking cognisance of the gross mistake, the MLA immediately ordered probe to fix the responsibility and initiate stern action.
The MLA was accompanied by ZEO R S Pura Kamla Devi. On MLA R S Pura’s query, Superintendent of the aforesaid examination centre Isha Choudhary was unable to give a satisfactory reply.
Soon after receiving the information, SDM R S Pura Susheel Kumar along with SDPO R S Pura and concerned SHO reached the spot and inquired about the whole episode.
Dr. Gagan Bhagat said that it is very serious matter as career of several students is on stake. Later, the MLA along with other officials of the Sub-District administration inspected other examination centres and interacted with the students. (pic on page 9)
