JAMMU: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma senior Congress leader, former Minister and General Secretary PCC while reviewing the PMGSY projects with the Chief Engineer PMGSY Jammu along with the delegations from Billawar and Kathua, pointed out the delay in the authorisation and execution of the PMGSY projects of Jammu Province under Phase-10 for which the DPR was prepared by the State Technical Authority in the year 2013-14 but the fate of the schemes is hanging due to the casual approach of the public representatives and BJP government in the Center and State.
