JAMMU: The 14th congregation of Arora Biradari was celebrated at Radha Krishan Temple, Panjtirthi, more than 15,000 persons from different parts of the State participated. The pooja of Shri Guga Devta was performed with great enthusiasm.
The Arora Biradari congregation headed by MLC Ramesh Arora in which different prominent Biradari members including K.K Arora, Madan Mohan Nagpal, Chander Chawla, S.S Dua, S.P Arora, Dinesh Arora, Kapil Arora, Vijay Grover, Dr. Rajkumar, Dr. Arun, Deepak Pachnanda, Satish Arora, Satish Kabatra, Munish Arora, Jagdish Bajaj, Joginder Arora, Naresh Barmani and Rakesh Verma were participated. Anil Arora from Udhampur, Ramesh Arora from Domana, Narinder Thakral from Akhnoor, Dr. Rajinder from Fazlika, Tilak raj from RS Pura were also present with their teams.
While addressing the gathering, Ramesh Arora emphasized that Biradari should work for the betterment of weaker section of the society.
Arora also felicitated different persons who performed well in their respective fields and also honoured the children for their excellent performance in studies.
Mahant Rameshawar Dass and President Rajput Sabha Narayan Singh also participated in the congregation as a mark of goodwill gesture.
Pooja, Hawan was followed by Bhandhara and thereafter a team headed by Chander Chawala left for Karloop for performing Pooja.
All pledged that they will do three things in life one to work for others, charity and also decided to adopt weaker section.
