Rajouri: Army organised Volleyball Tournament at Saaj in District Rajouri. The tournament was conducted to promote sports activities in the area. A total of six teams participated in the event with great zeal and enthusiasm. The response and participation shown by the youth for the tournament reflects strong bond shared between the Indian Army and the people.
The final match was played between Badakhana and Behrote team. Behrote won the tournament. Prize distribution ceremony was organized in which the winning & runner-up teams were awarded trophies prizes. The locals expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Indian Army for organising this event. People appealed for more such events in the future to nurture the sporting talents.
