Sangarsh seeks cut in Town Hall fee

RAJOURI: The activists of Sangarsh- A Civic Movement presented a memorandum to Minister of State, Vice Chairman Pahari Board regarding the undue booking fees of Town Hall Rajouri fixed by Rajouri Municipal Council. The movement also showed concern over the non-implementation of the memorandum submitted to MC Rajouri six months ago for the welfare of Rajouri residents.
Demanding the intervention of MOS VC Pahari Board Kuldeep Raj Gupta who is from Rajouri town Sangarsh said that it as a matter of concern that over the high booking charges of community hall which is a government building for the use of public.
Sangarsh has demanded that booking amount be reduced to Rs 10,000 from Rs 30,000. Kuldeep Raj Gupta assured to take up the matter with concerned authorities. Deputation was lead by Advocate Shoket Ali, Hemakant Sharma, Kanav Badayal, Advocate Israr Mirza accompanied by Joginder Gupta ,Sanjay Kumar ,Anil Sharma ,Balbir Singh , Latif Khan , Mushtaq Ahmed, Owais Khan, Ashwani Kumar, Vikram Sharma and Vishal Sharma.
