BHADARWAH: To express their serious concern over the delay in issuance of Ration Cards as per the census of 2011, Educational Environ-mental Social Sports and Cultural Society (EESSCS) Bhalessa Doda hold a meeting at Bhallessa area of Distt Doda on Wednesday.
While speaking on the occasion, Chairman EESSCS Mohd Ayoub Zarger said that it is very surprising to note that even after lapse of five years there is no hope about issuance of Ration Cards which indicate the attitude of CAPD towards problems of general public especially students. “The student community is worst sufferer as the ration card is the basic need for opening of an account in banks for making of residential certificates like RBA and other caste certificates,” said Chairman Mohd Ayoub Zarger.
“Even post of tehsildar is lying vacant since last 6 months, this has further delaying the issuance of certificates, as result most of the students are unable to fill up the scholarship form for current years and are unable to take the benefit of schemes launched for the welfare of students,” Zarger added.
All members of Society appealed to CAPD Minister and MLA Bhaderwah to personally Intervane into the matter for early redressal of the problems being faced by public.
