Farooq toeing line of Pakistan, Hurriyat: KPC

JAMMU: Condemning the demand of NC President Dr. Farooq Abdullah to commence talks with Hurriyat and Pakistan for everlasting solution of the so called Kashmir issue, Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) Chief Kundan Kashmiri on Sunday said it is strange that NC President, who used to talk about bombarding Pakistan, has started toeing the line of Pakistan and the Hurriyat. Kundan said that after being ousted from the power, Dr Farooq is talking the language of separatists, who have taken Kashmir hostage for the past more than three months and are implementing the agenda of Pakistan. He said that since the day unrest has broken out in Kashmir, NC is trying to project itself as the only alternative which can rule J and K. He alleged, “NC leaders and its acti-vists who are somehow involved in stone pelting and perpetuating unrest in the valley for the last three months are now beating their chests for youth being arrested and are demanding the release of separatists”.
