SRINAGAR: One person died while another was injured in two separate road accidents in Anantnag and Srinagar.
A truck bearing registration number PB11BR- 8847 and an I-10 car bearing registration numberJK03D-9138 collided at Semthan Sangam, in the jurisdiction of police station Bijbehara, Anantnag resulting in on spot death of I-10 Car driver identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Ganie Son-in-Law of Ghulam Mohiddin resident of Sirhama. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, an auto rickshaw hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Mastoor Ahmad Malik, resident of Astanpora Gool, Ramban at Nowgam near HDFC Bank, Srinagar. The injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
